Mary K. Molaski, age 90, of Houghton Lake passed away on Saturday February 25, 2017 in Riverview, Michigan surrounded by her family.

Mary was born on December 25, 1926 in Calumet, Michigan to Michael & Rose (Valencich) Vichich. She received her Associate’s Degree in Nursing. Mary married Richard J. Molaski on June 19, 1954 in Calumet. The couple moved to Houghton Lake in 1987 from Trenton. She was a member of St. James Catholic Church.

Mary is survived by her sons; David (Ann) Molaski of Riverview and Gary Molaski of Riverview, seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Richard, son Michael, grandson Greg, four brothers and one sister.

Visitation is scheduled for Thursday March 2, 2017 at Christler Funeral Home, Prudenville Chapel from 12-7 pm with a Rosary scheduled at 7 pm. Mass of Christian Burial is on Friday March 3, 2017 at St. James Catholic Church with Father Bernard Tyler officiating. Burial will take place at Crestview Cemetery in Markey Township.
