Roger H. Wojtylko, age 70 of Roscommon passed away on Tuesday April 25, 2017 at Crawford Continuing Care Center in Grayling.

Roger was born on April 16, 1947 in Wyandotte, Michigan to Adolph & Delorese (Palawizk) Wojtylko. He served in the US Army during Vietnam and was a retired Sargent from 1438th Engineer Department at Camp Grayling. He married Linda L. Vaughn on March 21, 1986 in Roscommon. Roger was a licensed builder and the former owner/operator of Roger’s Construction. He was a Roscommon Sheriff’s Deputy and part of the Marine Patrol. Roger enjoyed camping, hunting and family gatherings, he would do all the holiday cooking.

Roger is survived by his loving wife of 36 years Linda Wojtylko of Roscommon, children Anthony (Courtney) Wojtylko of Houghton Lake, Jaclyn Bradley of Illinois and Jason Wojtylko of New York, six grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Darlene Carter and brothers John Wojtylko and Kenny Wojtylko.

 Funeral services will be held at 1 pm at Christler Funeral Home-Prudenville Chapel on Saturday April 29, 2017 with Rev. Bryan Thompson officiating. Visitation will take place on Saturday April 29, 2017 from 11 am until the time of the service. Burial will at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan.
