William "Bill" Woodmancy II, age 78, of Houghton Lake passed away on Saturday October 14, 2017 at his home.

Bill was born on August 24, 1939 in Detroit, Michigan to William and Dorothy (Harris) Woodmancy Sr. Bill served in the US Marine Corps. He retired from Chrysler and later moved to the Houghton Lake area. Bill enjoyed spending time with his friends at the gym.

Bill is survived by his sister; Patricia Cassar of Garden City, brother; Richard Woodmancy of Lake Orion, three nieces and two nephews and a host of friends from the gym and lake. Bill was preceded in death by his parents and brother; George Woodmancy. 

Per Bill's wishes cremation has taken place and no services will be held. Christler Funeral Home, Prudenville Chapel is serving the family. Condolences can be sent to the family online at www.christler-holdship.com
