Arthur "Bud" Lowell Obituary

Arthur "Bud" James Lowell, age 77, of Prudenville passed away on Wednesday June 26, 2019 at home.

Bud was born on April 6, 1942 in Clio, Michigan to Arthur and Estella (Morse) Lowell. He served in the US Army. Bud retired from General Motors and later started Bud's Tree Service in Clio and later Houghton Lake. He was a member of the Flint Motorcycle Club and enjoyed hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, playing cards and spending time with the grandchildren, especially enjoying his sweet tooth cravings with them. 

Bud is survived by daughters; Carla (Paul) Sarver of Mt. Morris, Angela (Michael) Pavlik of Prudenville, Christina (Derrick) Bunge of Brighton and Jeniffer (Guillermo) Marti of TX., son; Arthur James Lowell II of Houghton Lake, nineteen grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren, sister; Jeanine Zimmer of Beecher, brothers; Allan (Linda) Lowell of Mt. Morris and Donald (Kathy Taunton) Lowell of Clio, Sister in-law; Amy Lowell of FL., former wife and presently best friend; Beverly Prescott of Brighton. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother; Randall Lowell, niece; Lisa Ann Lowell and brother-in-law; Roger Zimmer.   

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions in memory of Arthur James Lowell are asked to be directed to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Flint and Genesee County at www.bbbsflint.org.
