Kathy A. (Floria) Wilkins

Kathy A. Wilkins, age 65 of Moorestown, passed away Sunday, October 27, 2019 at her home.

Kathy was born September 15, 1954 in Lansing to Charles and Arlene (Bourdo) Floria.

She married Walter “Kit” Wilkins on December 30, 2003 in Moorestown .

Kathy loved preparing for deer camp with all favorite recipes which she knew would be enjoyed by hungry hunters.  Just to name a few of the long list of her favorite things in life would take a page; she enjoyed morel mushroom hunting, gardening, flowers, roller skating and playing softball, singing along with karoake, gambling, MSU and traveling to Arizona.  She was a member of the Moorestown Sunshine Club and enjoyed the friendships she gained at their gatherings.

Kathy is survived by her husband Walter “Kit” Wilkins, and daughters Brittany (Chris) Weaver and Tiffany (Nate) Dymond, stepson: Walter (Amy) Wilkins and stepdaughter: Amy ( Jason) Wilkins. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Her mother Arlene Floria and brothers Larry (Colette) Floria, Rick (Barb) Floria, Kevin (Janice) Floria and Tim Floria also survive, as well as a sister in law Dianne (Dave) Colister.

She was preceded in death by her father Charles Floria in 1997 and a nephew Andy Floria in 2013.

Memorial services will be conducted at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at the Palmer, Bush & Jensen Funeral Home (Delta Chapel), 6020 W. Saginaw Hwy, Lansing, MI 48927

Pastor Tony Pyle will officiate.  Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. prior to services.

Graveside services will be at a later date.
