Lisa Luanne (Perry) Martin

Lisa Luanne Martin, 58, of  Houghton Lake passed away on Sunday July 14, 2019 at University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor.

Lisa was born on April 11, 1961 in Lansing, Michigan to Roy and Mary (Austin)Perry. Lisa grew up and attended school in the Lansing area. She moved from Lansing to Houghton Lake in 1982. Lisa worked at Champion Fortune in Houghton Lake for several years and later owned and operated Tall Tails Pet Store in Houghton Lake.  She enjoyed camping, canoeing, and painting, but her true passion was just being outdoors and working in her flower gardens.

Surviving Mrs. Martin are her loving daughter, April Henfling of Houghton Lake; grandson, Drew Lindsay of Houghton Lake; two brothers, Butch Loveall, and Wayne Henfling; sister, Terri Henfling; several nieces and nephews.  Lisa was preceded in death by her parents.

Private Family Celebration of Life Services for Lisa Luanne Martin are planned.  Memorial contributions in memory of Lisa are asked to be directed to the family.
