McBain -Louis Roger Zeeryp, of Cadillac and McBain passed away on Monday, October 30, 2017 at Autumnwood.  He was 78.

He was born on December 30, 1938, in Cadillac to parents Louis and Almyra (Gill) Zeeryp.  He made his living as a material handler in die casting production at a facility in Illinois.  Louie was a lifelong member of the Moose Lodge and spent his retirement visiting with friends and family always willing to lend a hand helping anyone in need. 

He is survived by two children, Troy and Julie,  brother,  Harold (Leatha) Zeeryp, brother Cecil and four sisters Anna Zeeryp,  Alice Tyler, Bertha Holcomb, and Alma (Hank) Gardner.  He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Jay and infant sister Betty Irene.

Per his wishes cremation has taken place and his urn will be placed at Richland Township Cemetery in Lucas Michigan.  Graveside committal services will be held at 1:30, Nov. 3rd, 2017 at the cemetery and a family and friend gathering afterward at Cadillac Big Boy banquet room where we will celebrate Louie's life. 

The family is being served by the Hitesman-Holdship Funeral Home.
