Michael J. Kibby

Cadillac - Michael James Kibby, age 44, formerly of Marion, passed away peacefully Saturday evening at home. 

Born February 9th, 1975 to parents Max Revoe Kibby and Judith Ann Grandy (Munn). Mike graduated from Marion High School. After high school Mike attended Western Michigan University where he studied culinary arts. Mike's passion was cooking and living. He worked to live, but lived to cook and enjoy pleasing those he fed. 

Mike is preceded in death by his father Max; he is survived by his mother, Judy; his brother, Mark; his step-father, Keith; and step-siblings, Jodi Bell, Amanda Anderson and Jason Grandy.  

Due to Michael’s passion for reading, Memorial contributions can be made to the Marion Public Library. 

To honor his wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services held at this time.

The family is being served by the Fosnaught-Holdship Funeral Home.
