Pamela Ann Millick-Stephan, 67, of Houghton Lake passed away on Thursday April 26, 2018 at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City.

Pamela was born on February 4, 1951 in Detroit, Michigan to Clifford and Jacqueline (Lang) Miller. She grew up in St. Clair Shores graduating from Lakeview High School. Pamela worked as a Secretary for several businesses in the Detroit Area. On June 16, 1995 Pamela was married in Clinton Twp. to Ralph David Stephan. The couple purchased property in the Houghton Lake area in 1997 and moved from Shelby Twp. to Houghton Lake in 2000. She was a former Roscommon County Commissioner, member of the Board of Directors at Council on Aging, Board of Directors at Northwest Community Action Center in Traverse City, and past President at Project Hope where she was a volunteer for 15 years. Pamela was very active in volunteer work in Roscommon County, especially dealing with helping and feeding needy families. She enjoyed camping and spending time with her dogs.

Surviving Mrs. Millick-Stephan are her loving husband of 22 years, Ralph David Stephan of Houghton Lake; son, Robert Millick of Petoskey; two grandchildren, Travis and Addison; sister, Karen (Robert) Wilson of Chesterfield; two brothers, David(Kristie Lamb) Miller of Lake Worth, FL and  Paul (Mari-Ann) Miller of Chesterfield; sister-in-law, Jan(Peggy) Stephan of Fenton; several nieces and nephews. Pamela was preceded in death by her parents; and son, Thomas Stephan. 

Memorial Services for Pamela Ann Millick-Stephan will be conducted on Thursday May 3, 2018 from Christler Funeral Home, Prudenville Chapel at 1 pm. The family will greet friends from 12 pm until the time of the service. Interment will be in Denton Twp. Cemetery, Prudenville. Memorial contributions in memory of Pamela are asked to be directed to Council on Aging. Christler Funeral Home, Prudenville Chapel is serving the family.
