Lake City, Michigan - Pamela W. Potter, of Houghton Lake passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at her home in Lake City.
Pamela was born on November 20, 1943, in Chicago, Illinois to Willard and Frances (Moon) Wilson. Pamela entered into marriage with Richard Potter in Houghton Lake, Michigan. In her spare time she enjoyed spending time outdoors gardening. She cherished her pet companions. Pamela was very passionate about spending time with her family and was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Pamela is survived by her four children, Robin Firman Brideau of Clinton Township, Michigan, Lori Garlinghouse of Sault St. Marie, Michigan, Troy Mitchell of Manton, and Trent Mitchell of Cadillac; 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; four sisters, Pat Slee of Lake City, Barbara Rentschler of Nevada City, CA, Terry Taylor of North San Juan, CA and Melody Donnenwirth of Grass Valley, VA; two brothers, Robert Kulp of Lake City and Brian Kulp of Sagle, ID; and many other loving family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and her sister, Michelle "Mickey" Wilson of Houghton Lake.
A committal service will be held in the spring at the Clam Lake Township Cemetery in Cadillac.
