Seth D. Harrison

Kingsley - Seth David Harrison, of Kingsley passed away on Sunday, June 10, 2018. He was only 27 years of age.

Seth was born on September 14, 1990, in Cadillac to loving parents John and Kellie (Crouse) Harrison. Seth spent a brief time in Manton before his family relocated more toward the Kingsley area.  He attended Kingsley Schools where he could excel at his love for sports.  From a young age, Seth, enjoyed being active and involved in some sport; from baseball and Pop Warner to Gus Macker tournaments. He could show case his talent on the basketball court with some amazing ball handling and dribbling skills.  Seth also had a passion for music.  Only few may recall "DJ Swaze" but no one could deny his creativity and ability to create by mixing music of his own.  Seth was a personable and likeable individual that could make friends quickly thanks to his quick wit and playful sarcastic nature. His presence will be deeply missed.

Seth is survived by his parents, John and Kellie Harrison of Kingsley; his siblings, brother, Deon Harrison and sisters, Sydney and Sommer Harrison; grandparents, Burton and Janice Harrison of Manton, Dennis and Nona Crouse of Manton, and Marilyn Vogel of Traverse City; numerous, aunts, uncles, and cousins; as well as many other loving family members, former co-workers and friends. 

Funeral services will be held in memory of Seth at 12 noon on Saturday June 16, 2018 at the Kingsley Baptist Church, located at 7511 Blackman Road just southwest of the Village of Kingsley.  A time of visitation will be held from 11 am until the time of service, also at the church. Officiating will be Rev. Mike Brayton. 

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the family in care of John Harrison.
