William Lee Quint Sr.

William Lee Quint Sr, age 80 of Lake City passed away August 2, 2019 at his home on Crooked Lake.

Bill was born July 26, 1939 in Grand Rapids to Peter and Ruth (Reetz) Quint.

He married the former Eleanor Anderson on September 3, 1958. She preceded him in death December 7, 2017.

Bill was an honored veteran of the United States Marine Corps, a dedicated truck driver and a lifelong dairy farmer.

He is survived by two children: Bill Jr (Mary Beth) Quint and Donna (Tom Sr.)       TePastte, both of Lake Odessa, along with several foster children, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He is also survived by three sister in laws and two brother in laws.

Besides his wife, Eleanor he was also preceded in death by his parents and a sister Elaine Rypma

Memorial services will be held at 12:00 noon on Friday, August 9, 2019 at the   Pleasant Valley United Brethren Church in Lake Odessa with Andrew  Anderson    officiating.  A time of visitation will begin at 10:30 a.m. until the time of services at the church.

Burial will take place at the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Grand Rapids.
