Betty Jean (Ferdon) Dick

Betty Jean Dick, age 88, of Roscommon passed away on Tuesday December 27, 2022 at King Nursing and Rehabilitation Community.

Betty was born on February 22, 1934 in Bayonne, New Jersey to Milton and Florence (Sprague) Ferdon. She was married on December 4, 1977 in Livonia to Ralph K  Dick. Betty was the owner and operator of her beauty salon in Livonia for many years before retiring and moving to the area. She was a volunteer for the Roscommon St. Vincent DePaul Store for many years, she enjoyed reading and also worked at the DNR boat launch when she first moved to the area.

Betty is survived by her daughter; Melissa Claphan of Roscommon, grandchildren; William, Megan, Kathy and Joseph, great grandchildren; Brytany, Olivia, Dominique, Mya, Xavier and Sebastian, great-great grandchildren; Jayden and Carter. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; Ralph K Dick.
