Brian H. Weber, age 86, of Prudenville, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at Munson Healthcare-Grayling Hospital.
Brian was born on July 6, 1939, in Hamtramck, Michigan, to Kenneth and Margaret (Obrien) Weber. He graduated from Wayne State University and received his Bachelor's degree. Brian worked as a pharmacist and then later went to work as a chemist for Marathon Oil Co-Central States for 31 years and retired in 1994. He was a member of the Lake James Association and enjoyed relaxing during retirement, woodworking, and boating on the lake.
Surviving Mr. Weber are his daughter, Jill McCormack of Canton, Michigan; four grandchildren, Isabelle, Colin, Kenny, and Mary; one great-grandson, Leland; a grandson-in-law, Andrew; and a granddaughter-in-law, Kat. Brian was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Ann Geran.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 11 am. The family will greet friends from 10 am until the time of Mass at the church. Interment will be in Denton Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions in memory of Brian are asked to be directed to the Detroit Firemen's Fund Association in honor of his father, Kenneth Weber, who was a Fire Chief in Detroit.
