Carrol (McKnight) Brown

Manton, MI - Carrol  Brown, of Manton passed away Monday, February 24, 2025 at home. She was 74.

Carrol was born on October 22, 1950, in Sylvania, Ohio to Bruce and Ethel McKnight.

Carrol entered into marriage to James A. Brown June 1,1968 in Sylvania, Ohio.

Carrol was a very talented painter and quilter. She would often make quilts, but was a talented seamstress as well. She loved to spend time with her family and when she wasn't with her family she was volunteering at friends Ministry. A true homemaker at heart.

She was a proud and active member of the Morey Community Church.

Carrol is survived by her husband, James A. Brown; daughter, Jenifer (Michael) Caldwell; son, Ken (Gretchen) Brown; grandchildren, Kollin Caldwell, Timothy (Amber) Glasgow, Andrew (Clara) Brown, Tyler Brown, Joshua Brown; great-grandchild, Tristan Glasgow and siblings Maureen, Rodney, Bruce and Kathy. 

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Marilee and Larry

 Per her wishes cremation has taken place and services, if any, will be announced by her family and friends.
