Christopher Thomas Flint, 33, of Houghton Lake passed away on Tuesday March 17, 2020 at home.

Christopher was born on July 12, 1986 in Cadillac, Michigan to Richard and Susan (Shagena) Flint. He grew up in the Houghton Lake area graduating from Houghton Lake High School in 2004. Chris worked in the construction industry for Home Depot. He enjoyed baseball, softball, bowling and was an avid fisherman. His joy was spending time with his son, Deklan.

Surviving Mr. Flint are his son, Deklan Flint of Roscommon; mother; Susan Flint of Rosommon; sister, Lynn Matulewicz of Houghton Lake; maternal grandmother, Shirley Fowler of Roscommon; Fiance' Jackee Austin of Houghton Lake; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Christopher was preceded in death by his father, Richard Lee Flint.

Celebration of Life services for Christopher Thomas Flint will be conducted at a later date. Interment will be in Gerrish Township Cemetery, Higgins Lake. Memorial contributions in memory of Christopher are asked to be directed to the family for Deklan. Christler Funeral Home, Houghton Lake Chapel is serving the family.
