Dale Alan Mollard

Dale Alan Mollard, age 66, of Houghton Lake passed away on Saturday May 4, 2019 at home surrounded by his loving family.

Dale was born on March 16, 1953 in Detroit, Michigan to Lawrence and Catherine (Swain) Mollard. He was a former manager and serviceman for Ferrellgas in Houghton Lake for many years. Dale was a member of  St. John Lutheran Church, he was a member of the Praise Band since 2012. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing and had a passion for music and playing all types of guitars. 

Dale is survived by his sons; Scott Mollard of Ortonville and Brett (Manda Lai) Mollard of Washington State, bothers; Dennis (Marsha) Mollard of Oscoda and James Mollard of Highland. He was preceded in death by his parents.  

Memorial Services for Dale Alan Mollard will be conducted at St. John Lutheran Church on Monday May 6, 2019 at 11 am with Rev. Paul Kruse officiating. The family will greet friends from 10 am until the time of the service. Memorial contributions in memory of Dale are asked to be directed to Rogel Cancer Center, Ann Arbor at www.uofmhealth.org/make-gift. Christler Funeral Home- Prudenville Chapel is serving the family.
