David L. Dankert

David L. Dankert, age 66, of Prudenville passed away on Monday February 10, 2020 at home.

David  was born on January 26, 1954 in Chesaning, Michigan to Fendon and Donna (Cundy) Dankert. He graduated from Chesaning High School and later studied at Ferris State University. David worked as a Mental Health Counselor for McLaren Regional Medical Center in Flint before moving to Prudenville over 10 years ago. He worked as a Real Estate Agent for Real Estate One and later Houghton Lake Reality. He enjoyed going four wheeling, hunting and fishing. 

David is survived by his mother; Donna Dankert of Houghton Lake, brother; Fendon (Lisa) Dankert of Hartford and sister; Janis (Ken) Reichert of Houghton Lake, uncle; Kenneth Cundy and special friend Cathy of Chesaning and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Fendon L. Dankert in 1978.
