David Elwin Howard

David Elwin Howard, age 62 of Falmouth passed away June 2, 2021 at home.

David was born August 25, 1958 in Baldwin Park, California to Ira and Esther (Eitzen) Howard.

He was married on September 13, 1982 to Lori Engle and she preceded him in death October 8, 2010.

You may have known Dave as “Jesse James”. Dave always made people feel welcome. Dave was thoughtful, passionate and creative.  Dave loved his family and was always willing to help out anybody.  He enjoyed spending time with friends and riding his motorcycle.  He liked to spend his time outside and enjoyed good food.  He was known for his infectious laugh, his genuine self, and his kind and compassionate spirit.  You could often find him barefoot in the garden or wrenching on one of the many vehicles he had.   He is in bliss with his wife, Lori.  He will be forever loved and missed.

David is survived by his children, David (Lindsay) Howard Jr of Falmouth, Christopher (Alisa) Howard of Cadillac and Cimber Howard of Belleville and five grandchildren: David, Dawson, Addison, Gabriel and Hazel.  He is also survived by two brothers: Bruce Howard and Loren (Peggy) Howard.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
