David A. Kolar

David A. Kolar, age 61, of Rochester Hills, previously of Houghton Lake passed away on Sunday July 6, 2025 at home. 

David was born on June 28, 1964 in Warren, Michigan to James and Elizabeth (Susala) Kolar. 

David is survived by his siblings;  Christopher (Sue) Kolar, James (Michelle) Kolar and Dawn (Jerry) Onilion, Uncle to Steven, Leah, and Lindsay. He was preceded in death by his parents.  

Funeral Services for  David will be conducted at 1 pm on Friday July 11, 2025 from Christler Funeral Home-Houghton Lake Chapel with Father Matthew Cowan officiating. Interment will be in Lake Township Cemetery, Houghton Lake. The family will greet friends at the funeral home on Friday from 12 pm until the time of the service.
