David Lloyd Michell

David Michell, of Marion, passed away on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at his home. he was 73.

David was born on March 12, 1952 to Elmer and Rachel (Gross) Michell. He entered into marriage with the former Brenda Jean Grice, the love of his life, and she preceded him in death on August 6, 2023. The couple enjoyed traveling together and took many special trips every opportunity they could. David spent his career working for both the Osceola County Road Comission and driving semi for Autumn Vista, both of which he truly enjoyed. He loved being outside going hunting and fishing. In his spare time, he liked working out in the fields and taking care of his cows. Above all, he cherished the time spent with his family and friends.
  
David is survived by his son, Larry Michell; and many other loving extended family and friends.
  
He was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Michell; a son, Frank Michell; his parents, Elmer and Rachel Michell; and his grandmother, Ida.
  
Cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time.
