Debra Lynn McDonald, age 67, of Houghton Lake passed away on Sunday September 4, 2022 at home.

Debra was born on December 25, 1954 in Lansing, Michigan to Ransom and Beverly (Wallace) Walters. Before moving to Houghton Lake in 1999 she worked for Woodland Mental Health. Debra loved the outdoors, she enjoyed fishing, sleigh rides, gardening, going to rodeos and all of her baby kitty's.

Debra is survived by her sons; Randy McDonald, Patrick McDonald and Sean McDonald, good friend and caregiver; Angela Pelton and many other friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Per Debra's wishes cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at a later date. Christler Funeral Home-Prudenville Chapel is handling the arrangements. Condolences can be sent to the family online at www.christler-holdship.com
