Diana Sproul Obituary

Diana L. Sproul, age70, of Houghton Lake, passed away on Friday, January 2, 2026, at home.

Diana was born on September 16, 1955, in Flint, Michigan, to Leslie and Millie (Purdue) Howey. She graduated from Northern High School in 1973. Diana was married on June 25, 1983, in Flint, Michigan, to Mike Sproul. She enjoyed camping, listening to live music, and going tubing.

Diana is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Mike Sproul, sons, Matthew (Felicia) Sproul, and Chris (Carley Schrems) Sproul, grandchildren, Lexi Sproul, Lily Sproul, and Kaylie Moore, niece, Angie Johnson, great niece, Emma Johnson, brother-in-law, George Tinetti. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Marsha.

Per Diana's wishes, cremation has taken place. Christler Funeral Home-Houghton Lake Chapel is serving the family. Condolences can be sent to the family online at www.christler-holdship.com
