Edith Anderson Obituary

Edith Margaret Anderson, of Cadillac, passed away on Friday, January 30, 2026 after a long illness. She was 88.

Edith was born on October 7, 1937 to Charles and Clarabelle (Wise) Gilbert. She married Arvid Anderson on January 15, 1955. The couple spent 33 years together until his time of passing in 1988. She enjoyed fishing, camping and raising her children. Edith also liked to garden, put together puzzles, play card games and watching wildlife.

Edith is survived by her children, Richard (Barbara), Martin (Rachel) and Alice; 8 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

At her request, no funeral services will be held.
