Eve Lyn (Senter) Haught

Eve Lyn Senter-Haught, of Lake City, Michigan, passed away suddenly on Monday, February 16, 2026 at the age of 66. Eve was born Feb. 14th,1960, she passed away peacefully at home while in her chair resting.

Eve enjoyed planting, gardening and canning the fruits of her labor. She was a seamstress, made blankets, and crafts for others. Her greatest joys were her children and grandchildren. 

Eve was the beloved soul mate of Leslie Hanna for 42 years. She was the mother of 5, Angelica, Joseph (Aley), Melissa, Rae Lyn (Terry), and James; grandmother of 12; and great-grandmother of 1. She is also survived by two brothers.

Eve was preceded by her parents, Henry Joseph Senter and Barbara Jean Gibson.

Visitation will be Friday, February 27, 2026 from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. at the Hitesman-Holdship Funeral Home, 620 N. Mitchell, Cadillac MI. 49602 with a Funeral Service to follow beginning at 3 p.m.. A private Celebration of Life will be celebrated later this summer by the family.
