George Charles Brown II, age 52, passed away peacefully on April 11, 2026, surrounded by his loving family and close friends. He was born on July 13, 1973.
George was a devoted father, son, brother, and friend whose life was defined by his deep love for family and his generous spirit. A truly family-oriented man, George would do anything for anyone without hesitation. His kindness, strength, and unwavering support touched the lives of all who knew him. He was an avid outdoorsman who found peace and joy in nature. Whether he was spending time outside, sharing stories, or creating memories with loved ones, George lived life fully and meaningfully.
George is survived by his children, George (Kahli Heuker) Brown III and Carl Brown; his parents, George Brown I and Evelyn Brown; his siblings, Troy (Julia) Brown, Heather(Ryan) Vaughn, and Joe (Amanda) Brown. He also leaves behind many extended family members and dear friends who will miss him deeply.
He was preceded in death by Paige Brown, Tawny Brown, George and Alice Brown, Cody Vaughn, and Luke and Annie Cobb.
George’s legacy of love, loyalty, and selflessness will live on through all who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 17, 2026 at 12 noon with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. until the time of service at The Grove Church in Lake City. A luncheon will follow the services, also at the church.
