Julia Susan Hall

Julia Susan Hall, age 63 of Suttons Bay passed away Thursday, January 10, 2019 at the Munson Medical Center in Traverse City.

Julia was born October 29, 1955 in Merritt to Elias T. and Susan Ann (Agosa) Hall.

She graduated from Houghton Lake High School and received her LPN license from Northwestern Michigan College in Traverse City.  Julia was employed in nursing care in several facilities in the Traverse City area.

She was a member of the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa

Indians.   She enjoyed her family and friends and always loved attending Pow Wow

gatherings. 

Julia is survived by her son William J. Christensen II, a daughter Sara Leeann Christensen and granddaughter Megan E. Robertson all of Cadillac.

She is also survived by a brother Jerome P. Hall of Peshawbestown and her former husband William J. Christensen I of Cadillac.

Julia was preceded in death by her parents, and five sisters: Margaret, Dorothy, Doris, Charlotte and Pauline.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at the Young-Holdship Funeral Home in Lake City.  A time of visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. until the time of services.

Burial will be in the spring at the Star City Cemetery in West Branch Township of Missaukee County.
