Kathleen E. (Hillier) Webb

Kathleen E. Webb, 97, of  Houghton Lake passed away on Wednesday February 1, 2023 at The Brook of Houghton Lake.

Kathleen was born on January 12, 1926 in Clio, Michigan to Ernest and Lois (Gere) Hillier. She graduated from Clio High School and then the Hurley Hospital School of Nursing. Upon her graduation, she worked as a Registered Nurse/ Administrator for Central Michigan Health Department, retiring in 1982. Kathleen was married on November 13, 1950 in Angola, Indiana to William Richard Webb. Kathleen was a proud and devoted charter member of the Houghton Lake United Methodist Church.

Surviving Kathleen are her loving husband of 72 years, William Webb of Houghton Lake; Children, Tim (Genia) Webb of Roscoe, IL, Betty Sue (Henry) Gee of Xenia, OH, and Julie (Frank) Jasnic of Peachtree City, GA; Grandchildren; Renee Webb, Angie Roeske, Charles Gee, Sara DiMare, Rachel Jacyna, Aaron Webb, and Kathleen and Mary Jasnic; and eleven Great Grandchildren.  Kathleen was preceded in death by her Parents Ernest and Lois Hillier; Brothers, Wilbur, Jack, Donald and Max Hillier; and Sisters, Nellie Huber, Naomi Tarrant, and Doris Leach. 

Funeral Services for Kathleen E. Webb will be held at The Houghton Lake United Methodist Church, on Saturday, February 4, 2023, at 11:00am. Visitation will be held from 10:00 am until the time of the service. Interment will be in Roscommon Township Cemetery at a later date.

Memorial contributions in memory of Kathleen are asked to be directed to the Ina Brunson Camping and Youth Mission Fund at The Houghton Lake United Methodist Church.
