Larry A. Respondek

Larry A. Respondek, age 74, of Prudenville passed away on Sunday November 10, 2024 at MyMichigan Medical Center -West Branch with his loving family by his side.

Larry was born on October 17, 1950 in Detroit, Michigan to Arnold and Betty (Rubel) Respondek. He graduated from Redford Union High School. Larry  was married on May 18, 1979 in Livonia to Carol Gronczewski. He retired from Ford Motor Company where he worked as an electrician for many years. Larry was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church. He enjoyed spending time working outside, cutting the grass, helping his neighbors, and spending time with his family while never missing a Tigers baseball game. 

Larry is survived by his loving wife of 45 years Carol  Respondek, sons; Kevin (Sara) Respondek and Bryan Respondek, grandson; Lukas, brothers; Rodney Respondek, Ricky Respondek and Terry (Lori) Respondek. He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings; John Respondek, Carol Endicott, Sandi Clinkscales, Linda Ostrowski and Jerry Respondek.

Funeral Services for Larry will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Thursday November 14, 2024 from Christler Funeral Home-Prudenville Chapel with Father Peter Eke officiating. Interment will be in Denton Township Cemetery, Prudenville. Visitation will be held on Thursday November 14, 2024 from 9:30 am until the time of the service at the funeral home.
