Mark W. Bartholomew

Mark W. Bartholomew, age 59, of St. Helen, passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Mark was born on July 9th, 1966, in Grayling, Michigan, to Donald and Illene (Mariage) Bartholomew. He was a co-owner of the family business, Bart's Fruit Market, which his parents started in 1973. Mark married Patricia Wyatt on February 9th, 2007, in Roscommon. He enjoyed many things, including golf, playing cards, and watching sports, especially the Detroit Lions and Detroit Tigers. He was also an active member of the DNR Watchdog.

Mark is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Patty Bartholomew, children, Erica VanWormer, Zachary (Megan) VanWormer, and Garrett (Lilly) Crandall; mother, Illene Bartholomew; sisters, Deborah Meister and Janice (John) Kasik; brother, Tim (Carolyn) Bartholomew; granddaughter Atticus VanWormer; Brother in Law; Ralph Good, Sister in Law; Linda Bartholomew, along with several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Bartholomew, and siblings, Karen Bartholomew, Jeanne Good, Nancy Clair, and Douglas Bartholomew.

Funeral services for Mark W. Bartholomew will be conducted at 11:00 am on Friday, November 21st, 2025, from Christler Funeral Home-Prudenville Chapel with Mike Ignat officiating. The family will greet friends on Thursday, November 20th, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Christler Funeral Home-Prudenville Chapel.
