Obituary
Patrina DonnaLou Pelkey, age 93, of Prudenville passed away on Wednesday April 12, 2023 at home.
Patrina was born on February 23, 1930 in Hazel Park, Michigan to James and Violetta "Marie" (Fahner) Power. She worked for Michigan Bell and that is where she met her husband James. The couple was married on November 4, 1950. They moved to Prudenville in 2009. Patrina enjoyed playing cards with the senior ladies group and enjoyed bowling.
Patrina is survived by her loving husband of almost 73 years; James Pelkey, children; Ann Marie (Robert) Barney, Edward Pelkey, Barbara Pelkey, Robert (Karen) Pelkey, Thomas (Linda) Pelkey and Kenneth (Samantha) Pelkey, grandchildren; Mathew, Stacey, Brian, Miranda, Robert, April, Cody, James, Bud, Tyler, Jean, Alexander, Julianna, Kenneth, Lucas and Christopher, great grandchildren; Brody, Brysen, Savannah, Harper and Jack, sister; Katie (John) Harland. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters; Virginia and Dolores and brother; James.
