Penny Sue Peacock

Penny Sue Peacock, age 56 of Middleburg, Florida, formerly of Lake City passed away September 8, 2021 in Orange Park, Florida.

Penny was born January 12, 1965 in Fall River, South Dakota. She was married to Ellis Peacock and he preceded her in death in 2020.

Penny graduated from Lake City High School in 1983 and was employed as an audiologist for 30 years with Hear USA and was a past member of Job’s  Daughters.  Penny loved life and her family and enjoyed gourmet cooking. 

She is survived by her step children: Brad (Noel) Peacock, Jamey Peacock and Myreck Peacock and six grandchildren.  She is also survived by her father, John Inman of Lake City, and siblings: Anthony Wellesley, Becky Miracle, Kelly (Tim) Hamlet and Shane Inman.

Penny was preceded in death by her mother, Georgena Inman.

A graveside service will be 2:00 pm on Monday, September 20, 2021 at the Lake City Cemetery with Pastor Michael Dunn officiating.   A luncheon will follow at the American Legion Post 300 in Lake City
