Randy Spencer Obituary

Manistee- Randy Mark Spencer, husband of Patty Spencer, passed away on Friday, June 3, 2022 at Samaritas Senior Living in Cadillac. He was 62.

Randy was born on December 5, 1959, in West Branch, Michigan to Eugene and Phyllis Spencer. He entered in to marriage with the former Patricia Lynn Hubbard on October 16, 2001. He spent his career working for the Lighthouse Rehab Center in Caro for 10 years. The couple later moved to Bretheren and owned and operated Bretheren Bungalows for many years. Randy was a good man. He loved to laugh and he loved to make other people laugh.

Randy is survived by his wife, Patty Spencer of Manistee; brother, Gene Spencer; several cousins, nieces and nephews; and many other loving friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Phyllis Spencer; and a sister, Laura Allen.

A committal service will be held graveside on Friday, June 17, 2022 at 12 noon at Brookside Cemetery in Fairgrove Township, Michigan.

Memorials may be made to the Manistee Senior Center/ Meals on Wheels Program at 260 St. Mary S. Parkway, Manistee, MI 49660.

A special thank-you to the staff at Samaritas of Cadillac for their loving care for Randy, and to the Fresenius Dialysis Center of both Cadillac and Manistee.
