Rosalie A. Reber

Linden - Rosalie A. Reber, Of Linden formerly of Marion, MI and Punta Gorda, FL, passed away on Sunday, November 21, 2021 at the Argentine Care Center. She was 82 years old.

Rosalie was born on May 13, 1939, in Flint, MI, to parents Joseph John Rieder and Ethel Lucille (Schaefer) Rieder. She entered into marriage with Franklin D. Reber at Flint, MI on September 25, 1956. Rosalie received her Diploma Nursing Degree from Hurley School of Nursing in Flint, MI.  Thereafter she went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Masters Degree in Public Health.  Rosalie worked as a Registered Nurse for over 40 years in various positions ranging from direct patient care to Director of Nursing in hospitals throughout the United States.

She could often be found camping, snowmobiling and water skiing in her younger years.  She enjoyed visits with her three children, four grand children and seven great grand children.
Rosalie is survived by two of her children, her eldest son, Earl (and Misty) Reber of Fishers, IN, her daughter, Marlene (Reber) Craig of Linden, MI; grandchildren, James Craig III, Garrett Craig, Salena (Reber) Wilson and Brent Reber; seven great grandchildren; three siblings; as well as many other loving family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin; her parents, Joseph and Ethel; and her youngest son Michael. 

Funeral services will take place at the Fosnaught-Holdship Funeral Home on Sunday, November 28th with visitation starting at noon followed by a short service at 1:00.
