Tegan Ann Louise Taylor, of Cadillac and formerly of the Flint area, passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at Tustin House AFC Home. She was 47 years old.
Tegan was born on April 11, 1979 to Glen E. Taylor and Tamala Carlson in Flint, Michigan. She attended the Flint ISD school system growing up, where she many numerous friends. Tegan loved spending time with her family and friends. In her spare time, she could often be found watching tv shows and dancing along to musicals. Tegan's compassionate heart impacted many, many lives. Every life she touched was better for knowing her. The world will be a much darker place without her love, she lit up everyone's world who knew her.
Tegan is survived by her loving parents, Tami and Tom Jones of Cadillac; brother, Albert Taylor of Evart; niece, Lucy Taylor; nephew, Justin Taylor; grandparents, Orval and Virginia Moore of Cadillac; uncles and aunts and their families, Daniel (Robin) Carlson, Randy (Wendy) Carlson, James Carlson, Teresa (Bruce) Dimon, Darlene Moore, Debbie (Mike) Stewart and Glenda Goodwin; loving friends, Joan and Bill Combs, and Dawn and Bill Weirach; countless special friends and many other loving family.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Albert and Hallie Taylor; and her father, Glen E. Taylor.
Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, May 15, 2026 at 11 a.m. with visitation held one hour prior at St. Ann Catholic Church. Interment will take place at Mount Carmel Catholic Cemetery.
