Thomas Anthony Phillips

Thomas Anthony Phillips, age 62 of Lake City, passed away peacefully on October 13, 2025 surrounded by his family from heart failure.

He was born May 9, 1963 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Thomas is survived by his three brothers and two sisters and his mother, Thersa Phillips, and his children, Nichole (Brian) Johnson, Nicholas Phillips, Sarah Phillips and Samantha Phillips. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Austin, Jazmine, Haleigh, Dakota, Joshua and Thomas (aka) Tom Tom.

Thomas was a truck driver for many years until he had a heart attack in 2003, which ended his trucking career and disabled him. That never stopped his love of trucking and mechanical work. In his old age (lol) he loved spending time with family and going to the casino.
