Cadillac - Viola Mildred Siewinski passed away on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at Real Care AFC Home. She was 89.
She was born on March 26, 1929, in Imlay City, Michigan to Frank and Lucille (Curtis) Emerick. In her younger years she volunteered as a teacher's aid. She loved working in the garden digging potatoes and other vegetables. Roses were a delight to her; and she had quite a few different varieties that were just beautiful. Viola always enjoyed a cookout around the fire pit with family.
Viola is survived by her son, Paul (Beverly) Siewinski of Tustin; her daughter, Linda (Charles) Sneden of Melvindale; sister-in-law, Debbie Siewinski of Canton; along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Joseph Siewinski in 1985; daughter and son-in-law, Christine (Gary) Watson; and her sons, David and John Siewinski.
Funeral services will take place at Chapel Hill Wesleyan Church on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at 11:00 am, with visitation one hour prior. Officiating will be the Rev. Steve Boven. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Chapel Hill Wesleyan Church.
