Virginia L. (Zuniga) Moreno

Virginia L. Moreno, age 66, of Prudenville passed away on Monday November 15, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family.

Virginia was born on August 14, 1955 in Saginaw, Michigan to Joseph and Helen (Bovee) Zuniga. She was married on August 12, 1977 in Saginaw, Michigan to Richard H. Moreno. Virginia was a nursing assistant for many years before retiring. The couple moved to Prudenville in 1996 from Defiance, Ohio. She enjoyed bowling and was previously in the league at Northway Lanes and enjoyed crafting.

Virginia is survived by her loving husband of 44 years; Richard  Moreno of Prudenville, children; Angela (Will) Alexander of Holgate, Ohio, Rudy (Shawn) Moreno of Montpelier, Ohio, Roger Moreno of Bryan, Ohio, Sophia (Paul) Hackett of Defiance, Ohio, Vitoria (John Cooper) Moreno of New Bavaria, Ohio, Eliseo "Chao" Moreno of Prudenville and Justine Moreno of Defiance, Ohio, sixteen grandchildren, five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, two grandchildren and one great grandchild.  

Funeral Services for Virginia L. Moreno will be conducted on Friday November 19, 2021 at Christler Funeral Home-Prudenville Chapel at 4:00 pm with Father Peter Eke officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday November 19, 2021 from 1:00 pm until the time of the service 4:00 pm at the funeral home. Christler Funeral Home-Prudenville Chapel is serving the family.
