William "Bill" White Obituary

William "Bill" J. White, age 86, of Prudenville passed away on Tuesday March 30, 2021 at Covenant Health Care in Saginaw.

Bill was born on May 16, 1934 in Peterborough, Ontario to Walter and Eva (Branson) White. He moved to the Detroit area and started working with General Motors as an engineer and later worked for Ford Motor Company from where he retired. Bill was married on April 4, 1993 in Houghton Lake to Anna M. Pothoof. He was a member of the Houghton Lake Eagles, Elks Lodge and Moose.

Bill is survived by his loving wife of 27 years; Anna White of Prudenville; daughter; Janice White of Ontario and son; Robert White of Ontario, four grandchildren, brothers; Alex and Peter, sister; Marion. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Per Bill's wishes cremation has taken place and no services are scheduled at this time. Christler Funeral Home-Prudenville Chapel is serving the family. Condolences can be sent to the family online at www.christler-holdship.com
