All I can say is I loved Uncle Al! He was kind, thoughtful and a lot of fun! The corn roasts at the campground were always so much fun! I only hope the best for him. He will be greatly missed! Even though I haven't seen you guys in a long time I love you all! It makes me feel like a kid again when I think of all the fun we had at the campground!

Have great memories of family gatherings with Al and Doris. They were a great part of our life. A life well lived. My deepest sympathy to Denise, Doreen and Leon on their great loss.

So sorry for your loss. I will never forget the sunday afternoon church outings at the Scenic Pine Lodge. There was always so much to do out there as a kid. The Malins were very active in the St. Agnes community of friends. Al was one of a kind and will be missed by many.

Dear Doris, Doreen, Leon, Denise. I remember your dad fondly from all the time I spent out at your home and Scenic Pines. And the time I went to Detroit with Doreen and we staid at Al's mom's house (I think. Or we at least visited her). I send you my deep sympathy & love & hugs. Elizabeth Boehm-Wilson

We have many fun memories of celebrations long ago and camping weekends at the lodge. Rest in peace, Uncle Al. Sending prayers of comfort for everyone left here on earth who will miss you every day.

To me Uncle Al and Aunt Dorris have always exemplified the love and celebration of family. Always ready to be present and celebrate everyone’s most important moments with the warmest smiles, biggest hugs, and of course the best polka dance moves. There are so many rich memories in my heart and I am so blessed to have had Uncle Al in my life. His love for Aunt Dorris and his family was such a role model and I hope it rubbed off a little on me and my life. I will miss his smile and the twinkle in his eye. He was truly one of the good ones. All our love and prayers.
