Manton, Michigan - Charles Kenneth Rank, Sr., of Manton passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at his home. He was 74.
Charles was born on June 13, 1943, in Mount Clemens, Michigan to Kenneth and Caroline (Morrison) Rank. He answered the call of duty serving in the United States Maries during Vietnam. Charles enjoyed spending time outdoors fishing, deer hunting and feeding his birds. He cherished spending time with his family and friends. Charles was known to indulge in garage sales from time to time and was known as the King of the Deal.
Charles is survived by his children, Charles K. (Amy) Rank Jr. of Chesterfield, MI, Kevin D. Rank of New Haven, MI, Clifford H. (Kerri) Rank of New Baltimore, MI, Jason L. Rank of Clinton Township, MI and Amanda D. Rank-Lerner of Capac, MI; 12 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Ruth H. Sikkelee and Marion M. Mitchell; one brother, Michael L. Rank; and many other loving family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Daniel R. Rank, Kenneth D. Rank Sr. and Richard T. Rank; two sisters, Caroline S. Rossbach and Patricia Williams Moreland.
Per his wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time.
