George John Spehar, age 64, of Harrison and Madison Heights, Michigan passed away Saturday, June 13, 2015 at Beaumont Hospital in Troy.

George was born September 14, 1951 in Cadillac to Alex and Mary (Vranich) Spehar.

He attended Norwich Township School in Moorestown and also Lake City and Gaylord schools.

George did carpentry and also worked in the oil fields. He was a member of the Eagles since 1998 and a new member of the American Rifle Association.
He had lived in Florida and Harrison, Michigan.

He is survived by a longtime friend and companion Cindy Wagner of Harrison,
a son, Alex Sterling, grandchildren, Chris and Nicole and best friend George Ruppert.

He is also survived by his sisters: Elizabeth (Jack) Loney, Patricia Wiggins, Catherine (Jim) Pettit, Victoria Spehar and Sandra (Brent) Duffiney and many
neices and nephews.

George was preceded in death by his parents, Grema Mary Vranich, two baby sisters, brother: Lawrence (Butch) Spehar and sister: Mary Lou Spehar and a brother in law Carl Wiggins

Service will be held Thursday, June 18, 2015 at the Norwich Township Hall in Moorestown.

Burial will be at the Moorestown Cemetery in Norwich Township.
